Information you give me directly
Applications. When you apply for a session or package through my questionnaire, I collect your name, email, phone number, and your answers. Some answers may touch on your emotional or physical wellbeing so I can understand whether this work is a safe and aligned fit for you.
Email signups. When you sign up for a free practice or my letters, I collect your name and email address.
Messages. When you contact me by email, Instagram, or other messaging, I keep what you send so I can respond.
Payments. When you pay, your card details are entered directly with my payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and general location. This is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your wellbeing information
What you share about your emotional or physical wellbeing is treated with care. I use it only to assess fit and safety and to hold space for you well. I do not share it with anyone outside the services I use to run my practice, unless the law requires it or there is a serious and immediate risk to your safety or someone else’s.
I am a breathwork facilitator, not a healthcare provider, so this information is not protected by health privacy laws that apply to doctors and therapists. I still treat it as private.

If you sign up for emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
How long I keep information
I keep client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax requirements. Email subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing info@shereenjenkins.com. I will respond within 30 days. Some records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Age
This site and my services are intended for adults 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be shared with email subscribers.
